Welcome back - all those fighting major depression

Hi
Welcome back
Fir all those who have mood swings ,often need to check for major depression
Some of the comman symptoms are
1) Bad moods ( either in mornings or evenings)
2) loss of sleep or excessive sleep
3)Waking up in early morning (4 to 5 am) and no further sleep ,only negative thoughts ,raised heart beats and sweating
4) loss of appetite or excessive eating
5) no concentration at work
6)Addiction of any type
7) loss of libido
8) no concentration
9) forgetfulness
10) no attendance at school,college or work
11) loss of job
12) excessive negative thoughts
13) not able to leave alone a negative thought
14) thoughts of ending all these at once,sucide
If any of 3 or more symptoms are there pl contact your doctor
If the last one persists for more than two days get check up and admitted

Let us talk for your stress and anxiety problems

  After along time gap , I  am posting this here
 You are requested to post your problems here , for discussions and remedy

 If you think , problem can not be discussed in open forum , you can post so and leave e mail id I will contact on mail

First lesson for anxiety----

 At least once in a day , write down three things you are grateful for today.. No natter how small and insignificant they may look
say for fresh air, clean water, loving spouse, singing birds

say thank you GOD for yet another day
Remember he can cut short your journey any time . Thank God , he is not doing that

Do this for six months and see the change

Gratitude and anxiety can not remain together
