Let us talk for your stress and anxiety problems

  After along time gap , I  am posting this here
 You are requested to post your problems here , for discussions and remedy

 If you think , problem can not be discussed in open forum , you can post so and leave e mail id I will contact on mail

First lesson for anxiety----

 At least once in a day , write down three things you are grateful for today.. No natter how small and insignificant they may look
say for fresh air, clean water, loving spouse, singing birds

say thank you GOD for yet another day
Remember he can cut short your journey any time . Thank God , he is not doing that

Do this for six months and see the change

Gratitude and anxiety can not remain together
