Remain a witness and be blissful

 Two strudents went to teacher complaing about one another. Teacher annoyed with the loyd arguments. Finally teacher asked a third student about the fact ,if he has witnessed it all.

The third student was not involved in the fight,hence he was cool and composed. He could narrate the facts as they occured.

All through the years eastern philosophy tell us to adopt a witness position.

Now ,what is a witness ...a Sakshi...in Sanskrit. There are various types of witness.

When you watch nature ..a Sunset ..as a witness

When you witness/see a good movie

When you witness group of people fighting 

When you witness an accident

When yiu witness your insult or promotion. 

When you witness dark and negative thoughts.

All have different effect on your mood

Nevertheless, whenever you see /witness any event or thought as a tihird person ,the potency of that event or thought is reduced

aham sakshi iti sa vidhya...(sanskrit)


"I am the witness ,this is the whole wisdom"..

Modern psychology term it as .

"Awareness "..It means the momentyou can catch yourself brooding or worrying about any issue. and become aware ..half of the battle is won.

A technique to do this is as follows...


A part of yourself ,say spirit, remain separated from you and moves ,actually howers ,above your head ,all throgh the day (and night).Now this spirit ,ie you always keep a watch on your movement, action even thoughts and emotios.It gently remind you that ,..he..stop...you are going out of the track...hold on...or drop that un necessary load.

Whatever you ( your physical body) do ,feel or face are seen by this howering self just as one witness does.

However ,remember a witness attitude is not -in action,lazyness o rprocastination -


So plan the work smartly , prepare for work with military discipline, deploy all management techniques like time management, team work ,training ,MIS,delegation ...and....look at the results from distance....your hovering self.. Any Situation, work or obstacles can be handled by looking at them from a safe distance 


So ,.."aham sakshi iti ya vidhya".....

To remain a witness is ultimate wisdom

Depression- A GIFT from GOD - A GIFTED TOY

  How do a person feel when struck by a sudden mood swings  also called as Depression 

  A major depression is a clinical depression where some biological changes also occur. Reasons are not known . However , when a person enjoying his life suddenly struck by this depression ,how does it feel

  Here the basic idea is to treat your depression as a Gift from God , understand, accept ,make friend and walk along , shoulder to shoulder with this monster and yet remain blissful

 ( caution-  This blog or matter mentioned here are not the substitute of Doctor's medicine or advice. Though it can work along with medication and Doctors advise)

                                         I was rushing down the road,

                 Singing ,Jumping all along in joyous mood

                         Om a sharp corner, foggy day and far away, 

             I bumped in to the monster , blocking my way.


                  I was knocked down,bleeding on the road side,

                        The monster was laughing loud and wide


                  I lay there for days unknown, woke up to see the rainy afternoon

                   There was rains,lighting and thunderstorms,

                   I had to lay there ,why I do not know


                           Rains stopped and rainbow sighted,

                     Birds seen flying, singing and delighted.

                     There was joy all around the woods, 

                   But I was scared ,searching monster around

      

                    Few boys came, I did not say anything but,

                     They lifted me up and took me to a hut


                 I met my Guruji , whom I know as my mentor

                      He gave me food ,medicine and shelter


                 He taught me the ways and means to begin

                           How to live happily , once gain


                       "Still I am scared Guruji," once I screamed

                        " I always see monster in my dream"

 

                       "Why do you think so" said Guruji

                         'that ,the monster is blocking your way"


            " It is now only inside you and ,you only are blocking your way"

 

                          "Learn the ways and means of life, 

                         Take the monster in your stride

                        Make it your best friend O my BOY

                              It is a blessing in disguise ....

First step to overcome Major clinical depression

Hi
Good morning
Here I will show you two simple steps to be followed to overcome your major depression
1) Understand & accept the problem
  take help of psychiatrist and medicine
2) Chage and two habits
    a) morning walk and yoga daily
    b) read good books daily for atleast half an hour

Stick to job or routine
Do not make major decisions for now like marriage , divorce,change in job or stating new business

Do this for six months to one year and see the change
In first three months ,you will notice change in yourself
In six months people will recognise you as a changed person
